Crafting Lasting Friendships
Our mission is to empower adults to foster meaningful relationships through insightful discussions, expert interviews, and actionable advice on friendship dynamics.
The Journey Begins

Friendship Foundry started because adult friendship is one of the biggest quality-of-life levers we have — and one of the least clearly taught.
We learn about careers, money, health, and romantic relationships… but most of us are left to improvise friendship. Over time, many people end up with very few close friends — not only because life gets busy, but because we sometimes discover that long-term friendships aren’t as caring, reciprocal, or safe as we thought.
As we mature, we often get better at recognising what (and who) isn’t good for us. The missing piece is learning the other half of the equation: how to build new, healthy friendships — and keep them.
Friendship Foundry exists to make friendship skills learnable, repeatable, and realistic.

Welcome to the Friendship Foundry
Friendship Foundry is a practical, research informed podcast exploring adult connection: how to meet better people, build trust over time, set boundaries without guilt, repair conflict, and let go cleanly when a friendship isn’t healthy.
Some episodes are short and practical. Others are interviews with researchers and community builders. The goal is always the same: translate ideas into clear tools you can use in real life.
